Directions from North Dayton

  • Travel on I-75 South to Exit 51, Edwin C. Moses Blvd.

  • Turn LEFT and follow Edwin C. Moses Blvd for about 1.5 miles

  • Turn LEFT at the Dayton Heart & Vascular Hospital driveway (we are located behind the Heart Hospital).

  • Park in the 627 East Medical Plaza parking lot.

  • Take the elevator to the 3d floor.

  • We are right off the elevator in Suite 3G.

Directions from South Dayton

  • Travel on I-75 North to Exit 51, Edwin C. Moses Blvd.

  • Turn RIGHT and follow Edwin C. Moses for about 1.5 miles

  • Turn LEFT at the Dayton Heart & Vascular Hospital driveway (we are behind the Heart Hospital).

  • Park in the 627 East Medical Plaza parking lot.

  • Take the elevator to the 3d floor.

  • We are right off the elevator in Suite 3G.

Directions from East or West Dayton

  • Travel on US-35 to I-75 South.

  • Take I-75 South to Exit 51, Edwin C. Moses Blvd.

  • Turn LEFT on Edwin C. Moses Blvd.

  • Turn LEFT at the Dayton Heart & Vascular Hospital driveway (we are behind the Heart Hospital).

Directions from the Dayton Airport

  • Exit the airport along the main Terminal Road

  • Merge onto I-70 East  (about 3 miles)

  • Merge onto I-75 South

  • Take I-75 South to Exit 51, Edwin C. Moses Blvd.

  • Turn LEFT and follow Edwin C. Moses Blvd for about 1.5 miles

  • Turn LEFT at the Dayton Heart & Vascular Hospital driveway (we are behind the Heart Hospital).
